Dying to be Thin

Year ago when STEM was a play and not a movie, I stood on stage and shared my journey of struggling with an eating disorder and what it took to finally begin the path of self-acceptance and self love. Learning to love, value and accept yourself is a human journey. We as women often have a unique path because of the airbrushed, perfected, unattainable images of women we are constantly bombarded with in the media. What’s funniest about that is the models themselves don’t even look like that in real life! As I’ve grown older I’ve learned to value my own inherent beauty, my voice and my intellect. I still desire a fit lean body but a healthy body is by far the most important.

STEM is now available on DVD!

In this present iteration of STEM we blend the Past with the Present as we share our journeys from pain to purpose.
